📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily mining operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on production metrics, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvement.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize SAP and AutoCAD for data management, site planning, and operational reporting.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the mining industry.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP and AutoCAD for data management and site planning.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian mining regulations and community engagement practices.
• Ability to travel and work in remote locations, including Konawe Utara, Sulawesi Tenggara.
