📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and cash handling.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in our systems.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of cash accounts to maintain accuracy and integrity.
- Handle cash and bank reconciliations using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Prepare and submit financial reports as required by management.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in all financial activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the finance industry.
- Proven experience with QuickBooks and SAP.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
