As a MEP Coordinator at Frontbuild, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to manage MEP documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules. You will ensure that all MEP systems meet industry standards and regulatory requirements, and you will coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient installation of MEP systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the coordination of MEP systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, to ensure seamless integration within construction projects.
• Manage MEP documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules, using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that MEP systems meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient installation of MEP systems.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor the progress of MEP systems and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure that MEP systems are installed in accordance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit reports on the progress and status of MEP systems to project managers and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in MEP coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP coordination, with a strong background in construction projects.
• Proficiency in MEP coordination software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Certification in MEP coordination, such as the Certified MEP Coordinator (CMepC) or similar, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations relevant to MEP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building practices is a plus.
