• Monitor and report on land access progress, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities to foster trust and cooperation.
• Provide legal and technical support to the land access team, including drafting agreements and resolving disputes.
• Participate in community engagement activities, including workshops, meetings, and public consultations.
• Stay updated on land access laws and regulations, and provide training and guidance to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land acquisition, community relations, or a similar role in the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian land laws and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
