📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver problem-solving workshops and training programs tailored to the needs of our clients and employees.
• Facilitate interactive and engaging training sessions using Miro, Trello, and Zoom.
• Create and maintain comprehensive training materials, including case studies, exercises, and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement problem-solving solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to participants, helping them apply problem-solving techniques to their daily work.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in problem-solving and training methodologies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and use feedback to continuously improve our offerings.
• Contribute to the development of our problem-solving curriculum and training materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in problem-solving training and facilitation.
• Certification in problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile).
• Strong knowledge of training and facilitation techniques, including adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Proficiency in using Miro, Trello, and Zoom for virtual training and collaboration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Experience working in a remote environment and collaborating with distributed teams.
