📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for collection agents, focusing on sales techniques, customer relationship management, and product knowledge.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to agents to help them improve their skills and performance.
• Create and update training materials, including manuals, scripts, and multimedia content, to ensure agents have access to the latest information and best practices.
• Collaborate with the collection team to identify training needs and design programs that address specific challenges and opportunities.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback from agents and making data-driven improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in collection and sales, and incorporate this knowledge into training programs.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to agents, helping them overcome obstacles and achieve their performance goals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of collection strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the financial services or sales industry.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
• Certification in training and development, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP), is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
