As a Part-Time Customer Assistant, you’ll be the face of Watsons in Bali, providing top-notch customer service and contributing to a positive shopping experience. You’ll assist customers with product inquiries, sales, and transactions, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, sales, and transactions.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist with cashier duties, including processing payments and handling returns.
- Promote products and special offers to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with basic retail software, such as Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
