📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement sales process improvements to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to the sales leadership team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales operations with other departments.
  • Train and mentor sales team members on best practices and new processes.
  • Identify and address any operational challenges or bottlenecks in the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales operations.
  • Work closely with the sales leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and achieve sales goals.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus.
