📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance our brand’s reputation and visibility in Bali.
• Manage all internal and external communication channels, including social media, press releases, and stakeholder relations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of our strategies.
• Craft compelling content for various platforms, including websites, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and influencers to secure positive coverage.
• Organize and execute corporate events and PR activities to promote our brand.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in corporate communications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Bali’s business environment and local stakeholders is a plus.
