📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets are met.,Monitor and maintain production schedules and budgets.,Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.,Train and mentor junior staff to improve performance and skills.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Report on production performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using production management software.,Knowledge of quality control and safety standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Willingness to travel and work overtime when necessary.
