📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including retail outlets, distributors, and wholesalers.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor sales teams to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.,Provide exceptional customer service and address any complaints or issues promptly.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
