PT Multi Makmur Indah Industri is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our B2B Packaging team. This role is perfect for someone who is fluent in Mandarin and has a strong background in sales and customer relationship management.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and that our customers are satisfied with our services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage key accounts and drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that products meet customer needs
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Attend and participate in industry events and conferences

    Kualifikasi:

  • Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
  • Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken
  • Strong understanding of the packaging industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in using CRM software
