📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance.,Develop and implement effective strategies to improve store performance and increase sales.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure they meet performance standards and deliver excellent customer service.,Monitor store performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory turnover, and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with the regional manager to develop and implement store improvement initiatives.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store to enhance the shopping experience for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.
