📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote products and services.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and dental healthcare industry.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
