📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and exceed performance expectations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Manage the sales pipeline and track sales performance using CRM tools.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and CRM tools.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Familiarity with the automotive or related industry is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
