📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance management,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service,Maintain a clean and safe dining environment,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients,Monitor and report sales and operational metrics,Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of service

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field
