CV Maritim Sinergi is seeking a skilled and experienced Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our vessels, ensuring compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies. This is a hybrid role, combining onshore and offshore duties. The position is based in Jimbaran, Bali, with travel to various locations as required.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and navigate vessels safely and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies.,Plan and execute voyage schedules and routes.,Maintain and inspect vessel equipment and systems.,Conduct pre-departure and post-arrival checks.,Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to voyage plans.,Handle emergencies and coordinate with emergency services as needed.,Supervise and train crew members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's License (Master Unlimited or equivalent).,Good knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with hybrid work arrangements is a plus.,Ability to work in a team and take initiative.,Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
