📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient dairy production.,Manage and supervise a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor and maintain production schedules and targets, ensuring high-quality output.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards within the operations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operational activities.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
