📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the HR Director in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.,Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, interviewing, and onboarding.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle administrative tasks related to HR, such as payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.,Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
