📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth business processes.,Manage store staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.,Monitor inventory levels, order stock, and ensure proper stock rotation.,Promote sales and marketing activities to drive customer engagement and increase sales.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to the Store Manager.,Assist in implementing and maintaining store policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Knowledge of retail operations, sales, and customer service is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and industry trends is beneficial.
