Warung Bimo Laundry is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of our business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and provide excellent service.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.,Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.,Provide regular reports on client performance and feedback to the management team.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to client management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the laundry or service industry.,Strong understanding of the laundry industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Must be able to travel to client locations as needed.
