📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach.,Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of proposals and business plans.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development activities.,Track and report on business development metrics and KPIs.,Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.,Support the sales team in achieving their targets and quotas.,Participate in business development workshops and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related role.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
