📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain optimal conditions for Artemia nauplii cultivation, including temperature, salinity, and oxygen levels.
• Perform daily feeding, harvesting, and quality checks on Artemia nauplii to ensure their health and viability.
• Collaborate with the hatchery team to support the rearing of shrimp larvae, providing timely and accurate Artemia nauplii supplies.
• Implement and adhere to biosecurity protocols to prevent disease outbreaks and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Artemia nauplii management.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report on Artemia nauplii stock levels to support production planning.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in shrimp hatchery operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing Artemia nauplii production and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Artemia nauplii management or related aquaculture roles.
• Familiarity with shrimp hatchery operations and the life cycle of shrimp.
• Understanding of biosecurity protocols and best practices in aquaculture.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Knowledge of relevant aquaculture software and tools, such as AquaCulture Manager or similar.
• Valid certification in Artemia nauplii management or aquaculture principles is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
