📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.,Promote Harmony Beach Suite & Private Villas through various marketing channels, including social media, digital advertising, and traditional marketing techniques.,Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other industry partners.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the hotel's management team to ensure consistent brand messaging and guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality or luxury travel industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
