📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure using tools like Cisco Packet Tracer, Wireshark, and SolarWinds.
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal uptime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network solutions with business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and industry trends.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and IT staff.
• Participate in network security initiatives and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Document network configurations and procedures for future reference.
• Conduct regular network audits and performance reviews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering or a similar role.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and VPN technologies.
• Proficient in using network monitoring and management tools like PRTG, Nagios, or Zabbix.
• Experience with cloud-based networking solutions such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
