Express Point Mandiri is looking for a Lead Server to join our team in Sanur, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of servers, ensuring high-quality service and a positive dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and service, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a team of servers to ensure they meet performance standards.,Train and develop servers to improve their skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of service standards and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a server or in a similar role.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Valid food handling certificate.
