📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.,Conduct and supervise laboratory tests and analyses.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians on best practices and safety procedures.,Ensure all laboratory activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements.,Monitor and maintain laboratory inventory and supplies.,Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Proven ability to manage and mentor junior staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality control procedures.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment.
