📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.,Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure all event logistics are handled efficiently.,Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional service.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet venues, ensuring they are prepared for events and cleaned after.,Handle client communications, from initial inquiries to post-event follow-ups, ensuring a positive experience.,Monitor event budgets and expenses, ensuring they are managed effectively and within agreed-upon limits.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations for banquet events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, preferably in banquet settings.,Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian hospitality culture and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
