Toko Elektronik Adi Auto Service is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, fleet management systems, and a customer-centric approach. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for daily use.,Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to schedule maintenance, repairs, and inspections.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to identify areas for improvement.,Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide customer service and support to drivers and other stakeholders.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.,Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve fleet management goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,At least 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
