As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing our HR processes and ensuring a positive work environment for our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee records and maintain HR documentation.,Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations and address any HR-related issues.,Support the HR Manager in conducting performance appraisals and employee development programs.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
